It was early 1985 when a group of friends / Professional Engineers having vast international experience in multiple fields on Middle East Development Projects got together with the determination to establish a platform in Pakistan capable of delivering a high quality Engineering & construction services of international standards for various projects in Pakistan & abroad..
Therefore a firm named Transenergy International was registered under 1932 partnership act and then later on converted into a private limited company in 1988 with the intention to mainly undertake power transmission networkprojects and associated building/civil works.But during the time of being in power construction business for about a decade, the company also had to undertake the telecommunication network projects.
Then it was 1993 when it was decided to register another company Transtel International for doing purely telecommunication projects. Both the companies Transenergy & Transtel International have been functioning parallel in Energy and Telecom sector. In 1996 after restructuring of the organization and inorder to perform more economically, it was decided to establish a combined platform for both power & elecommunication and all other activities under the name of TRANSMARK INTERNATIONAL (PVT) LIMITED.
Transmark International was registered under Reg-no L08944-96 to undertake not only Engineering, Procurement, Construction of Telecommunication and Power Projects but also to provide EPC and representative services invarious fields on much economical and competitive rates.
